Yeah, mannish is fine in the right context. It's pretty well-known that personality compatibility accounts for a ton. But we basically have to apply "I only see a picture" standards to anyone in KMC discussion. I'm way more attracted to a 7 who, say, loves Doctor Who than a 9 who is dumb as nails.

I find those forms aesthetic.
Of course, there are more attractive forms out there but I just find those sculptures to be beautiful from an artistic point of view. The women have nice smooth, flowing, feminine lines...not too exaggerated. In the Heracles statue, he is very muscular but not unnaturally large. He looks like a true hero, not our modern bloated body builder types.

No, not mannish. With slight masculine features but nothing too over-the-top. I am okay with a more pronounced jaw-line on a woman who is athletically built. I expect that, almost, from that type. More testosterone in the system during puberty will produce those slightly more masculine features.
When I get home, I'll post Louise C_liffe (remove the underscore). I think she's almost perfect in some of her older pictures (she got too thin as she got older). 🙂

I want to like the Furnaces, but they're really more of an occasional bizarre itch that I scratch in my collection. They get points for originality - Blueberry Boat is a legit triumph of postmodern indie rock, for example - but I can't really listen to them often.
"Indie bands" is such a ridiculously wide open genre. Two fans of indie rock can compare a dozen bands each and not have one in common. So I don't pretend to know a whole lot about the genre as a whole, but I pop on Pitchfork every now and then and listen to tracks. When a new band strikes my fancy, I get some of their music. FF managed to do that once, so I'm somewhat familiar with them.
