OT Sidious is useless with lightsaber as Darkside nearly consumed his body, so unless he transfers into a new clone, Vader is on his own in sabers.

Good point, I guess it wouldnt be one sided. However I still believe they'd win, but maybe not in the force situation.

Sidious has grown more powerful by OT, but he is not that much above Yoda to win easily.
Similarly, I have no doubt that Vader will overwhelm Mace in the Force, but it will be a tough match.

In sabers though… Jedi win handily.
However, I want to stress that Vader is more able that he is generally given credit for, and Sidious might have some lightsabers cards up his sleeve…

All-out:
IMHO the disparity in the saber skill is much greater than that in the Force department, that is why Yoda and Mace win all-out, perhaps 6-7/10.
