The Dark Hole release may distract the Bijuu enough for Teach to catch Tobi. But to be very fail, we haven't seen much of BB's speed and strategy so far, he is very powerful and tanky, but he is always taking some hits while doing in, he doesn't pass as a very serious character when fighting because of that.
