no he fights the suit constanty for control which is why he has the issues he has now..its in his character, and has nothing to do with plot. its like saying well if rhino fought smart he'd beat parker every time.

Current Venom is a monster. The only time he really have issues is when someone is giving him orders (Osborn). Once that happens, he has to fight his suit in order to get back into control...become more "level headed".
When has Osborn given Flash orders?...until recently he was under the command of the military until he went awol.

In regards to using the suit properly, I would put him over Brock imo.
As for this fight, I still go with Venom as long as its Brock. Flash might win as well if he gives symbiote the control. In his "secret agent" form he's getting slaughtered though.
