Meh, Venom (Brock) also had a lot of fire resistance feats for a weakness he always was relatively resistant to it. Carnage is vurnable to fire than to sonics while Venom is more effected by sonics than fire.

And this was just Jack O' Lanterns head nothing special considering there's a human under that Pumpkin.

it was just stated in the Circle of Four crossover. BlackHeart said he needed an alien symbiote for his spell and talked about how the toxin symbiote was worth the kill. So Toxin is gone in one panel.

as i said sabretooth wins he eventually will murder venom too brutal skilled and of course healing factor
