At the least Eclipso should be able to catch him with magical lightning to revert him back to Batson at which point he gets murdered.
Darkseid may not be able to omega sanction supes but he sure as hell can do it to most of the rest if it came down to it. Fate, Jordan, Barry, Mon-el maybe Marvel. Combined with the fact that Zoom could just place his team in his personal time bubble and proceed to beat team 1 down with even greater ease.

Fate vs Eclipso (Fate wins, much stronger base levels and has universal shattering feats)
Captain Marvel vs Superboy Prime (Billy would murder Prime. Stronger, faster, and much, much more durable)
Kal-L vs Doomsday (DD might be very powerful with adaptation, but this is Pre-Crisis Superman we're talking about)
Barry vs Zoom (Barry can keep up for a bit, but I'll give it to Zoom for now)
Mon-El vs Synnar (Again, Mon-El would crush him. He was stronger than even Pre-Crisis Superboy and can take a lot of punishment.)
Darkseid vs Orion (Pre-Crisis Orion was VERY powerful. Able to take on Darkseid himself. And that was a pale immitation. )
Cyborg Superman vs Hal (Hal everytime. He was too versatile and in the league of Superman.)

Treating this as a 1v1??? I was going as a team. DS fires omega beams at all of team 1. Zoom time bubbles team 2 and they attack with impunity. Eclipso can zap marvel with magic lightning to depower him if it comes down to it imo. Barry PC is weaker than post crisis who still had problems with zoom. Synnar has matter manip which is terrible for a daxamite with such a basic weakness and considering he's partly responsible for creation iirc I'm guessing he knows enough to spam lead at the daxamite and even without that he's still no joke with teleports and energy projection along with his natural durability.
DD is a beast but he'll probably lose out in the end but his job I see more as a tank/ distraction for the others.
Orion probably wouldn't take DS in a straight up fight unless you want prophecy in effect which makes their fight moot.

This is a team fight and back then Marvel didn't go down like that. Or it was very hard to do. Eclipso is much, much slower than Cap, anyway.
