Nova has crossed lightyears in seconds. That's literally several million x lightspeed.

I think I specifically found one instance to be around ~12.9 million x speed of light.

Iirc he has another where he flies from Earth to the Greater Magellanic Cloud in a few minutes. Something like 150,000 lightyears from the milky way.

He also has the one where he kills the bad guy, has a brief discussion about the health of his friend, has the hot Dr chick fawn over him and then catches evil Quasar after the latter had a damn good head start. In hyperspace at that.

Not really, superman has travelled across universeS plenty of times, just see many of his races with flash. Heck even just before COIE superman and supergirl went to the edge of universe and back in DCP 86. How many times has surfer gone across the universe anyway?
Oh and at his best PC superman roflstomps surfer in travel speed and combat speed both.

Among that list it should be Flash, then Surfer. But in pure measureable feats, I think Surfer wins out in the travel speed arena.

Tough to say. His race against Krakkyl was pretty impressive, though.

That's similar to what Nova has quantifiably done.

Like I said, one of his feats I calc'd at roughly 12.9 million times lightspeed.
