USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE VI (LIGHT SIDE)- Missing Links

Can I order the Padawans back to help Wentar?

Gallagher will move east of the Northwest corner and overkill the droid there, racing to rendezvous with the others.

Rast is going to try moving east along one of the main corridors instead of the tiny side ones. It is opposite of the hatch. I'm under the computer area maybe?

Vera-Kin moves to Northwest corner and overkills the droid there.

Swap Orthodox Guard in for Balanced Guard and tap it, and tap Cleave.

Aurel continues following Vera.

3-3 brings initiative to you.

Jelena and Xeth, you have moved into the central raised computer area, where ancient black computer banks are still alive and pulsing with data. Xeth then spoils the reverence of the moment by wiping out five droids to the east with a grenade shot. Why is it always droids, Xeth? Even when you tangle with the Sith, ti ends up being droids.

Andro... errr... yeah. These runes and what-not all over the controls and screen? So much gibberish to you.

Rast- your instincts serve you well, as you were indeed under the computer area, and moving east means you actually hear Xeth;s grenade go off... for now you are under the inner-east gravchute, and adjacent to its workings! The droids are actually propelled up from the maintenance area below you, but you can affect the chute from here.

Essalin is heading back to help Wentar and Denz. Denz is starting tio exhange fire with the droids to the north. It's actually far too dark for effective fire, though he defies that this turn with a super-success roll that blows the head off of one anyway.

Vera and co, rounding the corner, are still under heavy fire from a large droid force to the north. Denz is looking increasingly vulnerable there, though I am ruling that Wentar is hacking down a droid coming out of the nearby entry point every turn.

Can Rast reverse this thing so that Xeth can fire grenades down into its workings maybe? Otherwise I am just going to turn it off so that the droids can't go up that way.

Fix-It skill if its a delicate job or lightsaber if I can just ruin it.

Xeth will fire another grenade.

"See if you can't tell the droids to stop, will ya?" Xeth asks Jelena and Argo over the din of yet another deafening grenade explosion in the confined spaces of the Sith base. "I'm getting tired of them getting back up after I've obliterated them..."

Jelena will take a moment to translate for Andro and help him with the computer banks, to see if she can find something vital to their survival within the streams of data.

"We're trying, Xeth!" Jelena yells over the boom.

Fix-It is the best way to shut it off quickly. Once it is off, grenades will go down it just fine.

Fix-It it will be then.

(If Jelena can't translate, maybe Andro can just turn it off with his green glowing "master key".
Jelena - Please be sure not to mistake deactivate droids with activate self-destruct. )
😉

I'm going to say that we probably shouldn't slash everything to pieces! There might be important information in these computers, it'd be a shame if we destroyed them.

That being said, Jelena is probably nervous about Xeth blowing everything up.

No, destroying controls didn't do any favors for Luke or Han, so I don't think I'll try it. If we combine your languages with my fixit maybe we can at least make an educated guest.

(I'm going away for the weekend to the NASCAR race at Michigan. "See" you all when I get back Monday.)

Ush, did you mean D'an or Denz is looking increasingly vulnerable?

Denzral will continue to exchange fire with the droids. Are the droids using built in weapons or blaster rifles? Also are there any immobilized droids around Denz, once that are still active but cannot move/have no arms or legs.

"They gotta be runnin' outta them by now, we've taken care of a lot of 'em!"

I did mean you, Denz; with Wentar not posting, you are on your ownsome there, though eventually Gallagher and co will get to you.

The droids have built in blasters. There's an upper half in your current location, which is trying to shoot you!

Okay I would like to sabre it's arm off if possible (and possibly drag it into what-ever cover I have at that corner), and give myself some defence in the form of sabre guards and reflections. When any back-up arrives, I will try and splice into the droids systems, and see if it is being controller via a wireless network (like the droids of the Trade Federation).

"If you aren't too busy, I could use a few extra hands here!"

"Boy, they are taking a while trying to figure it out..."

If I have it right, you're just killing the upper droid half and then using your natural defense from Orthodox Guard and reflecting anything shot at you.

I think we already talked about hacking the droids, it's a no go.

Indeed, Denz, you already did some work on that earlier with droid remains- I told you that they are not remotely controlled. The droids are independent systems. Very independent, actually, as they work in pieces. The design is modular. Whatever technology made these possible, it's not one that's widely known in the galaxy today, for sure.

Denz deserves some help from the Vera/Gallagher crew, so I'll give them one more day.

Denzral will sabre the droid that poses the most threat.
