"Gene Lennah," says Saar, nodding. "One of a small number of men- less than a hundred in a galaxy of countless billions- who has access to a significant collection of Sith memorabilia. Geron Kuylen was one, but his son had already learned all he could from that. Ascar was another, but he was too cautious to share or get involved. But Gene... oh, he was keen. He felt like he was reliving the spirit of the past- entering into a deal with thise akin to the Sith Lords of old. It excited his silly little business brain.

"And for all their skills and talents, Kuylen and Adelmo needed someone like Lennah on their side."

In a suave, world weary, Mexican accent:

"I don't always re-read posts, but when I do, I am glad I did.

"Why did they need Lennah?" Jelena asks, intrigued and glad that she met with Elzair.

"People don;t want to give much credence to the prosaic, but in the end it is often the simple and practical things that are needed most. Lennah was extremely rich, and with access to many resources."

"I could see that being useful for exploring ancient artifacts and long-dead secrets," Jelena says.

"Kuylen may have had certain skills and Adelmo her many powers, but an operation like this needs resources. Before he started extracting Avalar's mineral wealth, Kuylen was living on his wits alone, and whilst Adelmo seemed to be able to come up with money if needed, she is hardly a businesswoman and didn;t understand much of the properties of finance. Lennah could get them everything they needed- ships, probes, surveys, excavation equipment... he made it all possible."

Saar is being awefully forthcoming.

He's probably holding something back, but I think we can trust his word about Lennah's involvement. If it turns out he lied then we take away his new broadcast stations and he's back to isolation, I doubt he wants that.

(bit busy these days, I'll try to catch up!)

"So," says Saar, "there's the start of your story. Three people, with all the resources they command, go looking for a legend that speaks of a myth. If you want to know what happened next... you need to speak to Mr. Lennah."

"What happened at the end of the story? What were the relations between Kuylen and Lennah after they came back from this excursion?"

"You'd have to ask them. As far as I know, Kuylen never went back to see him."

Why am I suddenly getting the feeling that this will probably be one of our more dangerous assignments?

"But you did, or at least got close," Wentar says. "Did you attempt to steal from Lennah's collection before he went on that trip with Adelmo and Kuylen or after?"

"Well now," says Saar, "you know what they say about keeping friends close. I always made it my business to keep as close an eye as I could on any of our associates. I checked before and after, in fact, but if Lennah ever had anything interesting in his collection, he either put it elsewhere or someone else beat me to it and removed it. I never spoke to Lennah myself.

"How is Elzair, by the way? Such a delightful lady."

"She could always be better," Jelena says, firmly.

"How do we find Mr. Lennah?" Gallagher asks, changing the subject away from Elzair.

"If you can't even find the head of a major corporate conglomerate," says Saar, "then you are beyond help. If you are so astonishingly incompetent that all of the resources of the Jedi, coupled with, perhaps, just going to his house and talking to him, is not an option, then quite why you thought I in my cell here would have a better option for you is beyond me."

"I've heard enough," Rio Rast says. "Do we need anything more from him or can we get gone? He's irritating."

Gallagher stays Rast with a hand.

"I had thought maybe it would be more difficult to do," Gallagher says in response to Saar's condescending response. "Those who ally themselves with the Dark Side rarely remain intact. Ascar was right to avoid you and yours."

"Well, if he has gone to ground then I am sure you will unravel it," says Saar. "The alternative is to find Kuylen or Adelmo."
