He's dead in the legal sense, the moral sense and any meaningful biological sense. Don't fret about it.

The screens really are just showing business and stock market information. They are runnng onm an anuto-sort programme which has run interrupted for over a decade. Simply, no-one ever turned it off. The purpose of the console is for him to analyse business trends and send appropriate information to his board.
The programme running is very complex. It has analysed all of Lennah's instructions up to the point it was created (about ten years ago) and it is uisng that information, combined with a computerised analysis of the incoming market information, to send out instructions in Lennah's name, using his biological verification each time.
As for the access logs... they keep track of which system log-ins are used. Well, there's not much to that, as although the system is actually open to staff-log-ons (with very restricted access), only Lennah is ever likely to use this place. So you have access after access from Lennah's account until they stop shortly before the creation of the auto-programme.
Wait... but then an anomaly. Six months after Lennah's last log-in, there is another system access. The access logs identify the user as Elzair.
"Aren't you all so glad that my original hunch was exactly right." Denzral said, and half laughed. "We should unplug him, he has suffered enough."
Denz will try to get sensor logs on inbound and outbound ships over the last ten years if nessessary, or as far back as it goes. Hopefully including hyperspace trajectories.
Wentar frowns at Denzral. "Not a very appropriate time for jokes Denzral."

You know, I was just thinking we had to have another talk with Elzair. Try and find out if she knew anything about Kuylen or Adelmo.
Now though... If this log in takes place after Saar's arrest it doesn't look good. If it's before then Saar knew where Lennah was all along and was just toying with us.
Jelena agrees with Roan's sentiment- it had to have been Saar, or Elzair is hiding something from us.
"I was fairly certain that Saar knew exactly where Lennah was," Jelena says. "I was also certain that he would not tell us."
Can Jelena follow up with her finding and see what was accessed by 'Elzair'?
Has he really been missing for that long...
Okay, theory. Saar was the one who visited here, he got Elzair's log in from when he was 'woo'ing' her to get close to Lennah's Sith collection. Only problem is why, unless he was also looking for more info about the Scrolls, which isn't that hard to believe.
How long was the user logged in for?
... Wait hang on! Lennah's last log in was for before this auto program was made? How long before? Was he left logged in or did he never log back on?
I know we are under some broad logistical time frame (that we can't spend the rest of our lives here....) but I see nothing wrong with taking some extra time to get some real answers. This IS the only lead we have.
Also, Lennah was a collecter of sith stuff. Where is it? The Padawan's should have turned up something.

The more time you take in this story, the less successful it is. Your success is judged by how soon you are able to get onto Adelmo's trail. Too much time taken and the trail is cold by the time you find it.
There is, as Denz surmises, nothing here at all. This is not where he kept his things.

You guys need to build a coherent picture of what happened here.
