USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE VI (LIGHT SIDE)- Missing Links

Oh I see, we misunderstood the layout. Got it.

Last turn, Vera-Kin will have used Charge to cut down the remaining droid half in south t-junction, then Cleave to attack one of the droids at entry point south.

This turn, Vera-Kin will use Cleave to attack two more- probably finish off the half of the droid she will inevitably create from last round, then a new one this round.

Gallagher, do whatever!

Sorry Vera- Cleave targets have to be in the same attack, so you can't use Charge to attack-move-attack.

Vera, how about this.

Last turn, Gallagher and D'an advanced and engaged the droids. Gallagher uses Carnival to attack two with some broad swings, and D'an can clean up the aftermath. You chop down that droid and flip forward to join us.

This turn, Gallagher continues attacking the droids (probably leftover bits) with Vera-Kin and D'an, so that we can press on.

If Vera's onboard, Ush, that's what I'm doing.

Can Gallagher sense more droids around the corner?

Sounds good to me.

Ush, if Vera could tap Charge to kill the droid upper half before it has a chance to shoot Gallagher, that'd be great.

This turn she'll advance up and attack two droids too, to help Gallagher clear that part of the hall.

Swap Charge (tapped out) for Block (+1 Defense).

Wentar-

I'm thinking that Jelena and Roan are going to be needing help in a second, but I don't want to overcrowd the area as Andro and Argo are about to get there.

I say we hold the hall so that they don't have droids flanking them, which is what I'm thinking will happen. You can kill droids as they pop up next to us, and I can shoot anything coming down the hall at us. Move about as needed.

If Iffa and Denzral keep moving this way, we can do that all together.

Xeth is going to fire his sonic blaster down into droid entry chute next to him, trying to wreck the mechanics or destroy the droid before it rises.

Is there any cover I can use?

Maybe Aurel and I can move to the corner so he can kill those droids and I can shoot the one behind me. And then I can use the corner for cover in front.

Or something.

Aurel what do you think?

Denz will do as ordered.

Alright then, sounds good Xeth. Wentar will move to the Outer north-side Droid entry point, west of Northeast corner this turn.

Will that put us closer or further from the rest of the group? Will we have to catch up to them or are they converging on our location? It seems tactically sound, but as you can tell, my concern is immediate advantage as opposed to be surrounded by droids with no assistance to get out. I'm afraid I've lost track of everyone's movements.

For the moment, let's follow through with your idea.

There's no cover around at all- using a corner is the best you could do. Advancing to the corner would put more distance from the group as it stands.

Ok move up to the corner for now. Rio is going to shoot the droid that they leave behind while Aurel attacks those at the corner.

I think we're waiting on Jelena and Roan to do something.

And me, as I've been up against it, but at least I've not missed everyone.

2-1; your initiative.

Gallagher and Vera are now caught up, and surrounded by droid parts.

Aurel and Rast advance to the corner, which gives Rast some tactical comfort. Aurel cuts a droid in half but that has not quite finished the job, and in the gloom to the south you can make out another entry point.

Wentar gets up to Xeth as Xeth tries to fire down the chute. WHOA! Xeth's shot hits the wall and promptly reflects onto both fo you guys. Those chute walls are built like magnetically sealed rooms! Wentar can be very happy that Xeth dodges the attack and he does not. Kazan would be amused.

Rast actually gets kicked by a droid there. They aren't messing around with their metal frames. Other droids around fire; some light hits scattered around.

Andro arrives with Roan and co just as they take care of the bulkhead and... uh-oh! Many angry droids beyond! 'DESTROY!!!!'

More droids arrive, of course.

Gallagher- yes you can. There're some now!

The flickering lighting is now so bad that your targets of ranged attacks will get a one point parry on their defence for each location they are away from you. Eagle Eye halves this. Inevitably, the droids are unaffected.

Gallagher- overkill the droid next to us.

Vera-Kin will swap Carnival for Reflection and attack the droid legs next to her, leaving the upper half for D'an. She tries to reflect incoming fire from the droids ahead.

Rast will let Aurel chop up the legs that just kicked him.

Switch 10000 Bolts for Marksman. If Rast sees droids down the corridor, he'll try shooting at them in the dark. Better than nothing.

Use the corner for cover.

"As you say," Gallagher says to the Jedi Master, turning his attention to the fully intact battle droid nearby and swinging his lightsaber through its frame as many times as he can in a few seconds.

"We need to figure out if we can go below from here!" Jelena shouts to her compatriots. "Clear out the droids so we can investigate!"

Jelena charges in, saber raised, and brings it crashing through a droid in her usual strong style.

Bodyguard Essalin.

(I'm only seeing one droid but I'm guessing there are more?)

Whoops! It's 8. Do you want to re-think?

I guess that depends on what Roan and Andro are doing?

Move to outer north t-junction.

Xeth offers Wentar an apologetic grin before moving toward the source of greatest danger, hearing the bulkhead come down and the shouts of 'DESTROY!' beyond.

"Let's help them," Xeth says to Wentar. He shouts down the corridor to Denzral- "Hold the hall! Don't let those droids come in behind us."
