USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE VI (LIGHT SIDE)- Missing Links

(Andro will fall to on the new droids, hoping to perma-kill one with his cleave.)
[OGu RI CL] - Attack one droid, going for the overkill.

"Argo! Time to go to work!"

(All: Remember penalties for over 6 Jedi in one area, before considering any 'rescues. Mine and Argo's arrival put this area up to the limit.)

I feel comfortable with Andro and Argo at my side! Jelena will stick to her original maneuver and cut down a droid.

She is going to tap Balanced Guard and Bodyguard to mitigate the damage from incoming fire to herself and those around her. She draws fire by leading the charge and makes a pronounced effort to defend herself and others.

We should also figure out how many we can get through the bulkhead at one time. We might not all be able to rush into the interior level.

Wentar shakes his head after the near miss ricochet. Never a dull moment with Xeth, he thinks to himself.

"On it. Sounds like the others have run into some trouble."

Moving to outer north t-junction with Xeth.

At least he didn't try one of his grenades, Wentar. They wouldn't care about the wall shielding, but a grenade down a grav chute is really just asking for appropriate punishment.

Three at a time through the bulkhead.

Maybe Andro, Roan, Sunda? Andro and Sunda are our heavy swordsmen, and Roan can tap Reflection to trim the droids' numbers.

Then Jelena, Argo, and Essallin follow and clean up behind you.

Sounds like a plan.
Lets do it and not get killed!

Tap reflection and into the breech we go!

Denzral will follow the crowd, blasting droids as he go's.

You'll need to be much more precise than that, Denz.

3-2; initiative to you.

Vera and Gallagher clear their immediate area- minus a screaming head- and I think I can let Aurel take down those legs this turn, though I'll need player input for next turn. Having initiative counts against Rast this turn, as he sees no targets yet.

I can't parse Denz's post, so I'll hold his action.

Roan, Sunda and Andro all charge in, psycho brigade style! There is much hacking and slashing, with straight kills for Andro and Sunda, and a beheading from Roan.

But... oh bugger. You've walked straight into a simple trap, as foretold by Jelena's danger sense. You had all the time in the world to try and sense what was there! The flanks of the junction you just charged are also stuffed full of droids, all waiting to blast into you. With 21 attackers, that's seven on each of you.

A fair amount of damage goes out there. Some compensations- Roan ges a bounce kill, but only one opportunity so RF is untapped. Sunda does get more opportunities, and taps it for the set. Andro is not a bouncer, but at this point you are at point blank range of he droid group and he gets a pre-emptive riposte kill! All of those 'kills', though, leave bits behind.

"DESTROY! DESTROY! DESTROY!" yell the droids with each volley, and they sound like they are enjoying it.

More droids arrive... there's one, Rast! Only one, though. There were more coming at you this way before; something has changed. One pops out behind you as well.

Retreat?

You are each adjacent to a droid, so they get a free attack with no defences applies unless you have a means of safely disengaging.

(Hmph. Andro would instinctively rather not, but luckily he's been learing to mistrust his more violent leaning instincts. Let's back out and use the hole we created as a choke point, we can hack them down as they emerge. unless we think there is any value in continuing around this outer swuare to try to find a safer way in. My feeling is our bed is made, if our goal is to proceed inward.)

They have these irritating thing called guns; they won't walk through.

THen I guess we spend some force points and tap some stuff and try to thin the numbers

Question: Can I swap in Forward guard and then immediately tap it?

Xeth hears the cacophony of gunfire over the repetitions of "DESTROY!"

"Whoa, that sounds like more gunfire than they were expecting," Xeth says to Wentar. "Let's move in."

Xeth is going to move into the connecting corridor behind Jelena and the Padawans.

Oh no! I'm sorry I didn't try to figure out what the danger was.

Jelena is going to move in this turn and tap Bodyguard and Balanced Guard, also attacking a droid part to finish it off. She will cover as many Jedi as she can in that tap, slugging her lightsaber around with gusto deflecting lasers away from her friends.

Yup

Well, my action then is going to be to do that.
Swap FG for OG, and tap FG and then spend a point on Twirl. And I will tap reflection if needed.
(You have my reflection as tapped on the little summary, but you said that you didn't tap it.)
