Rand will bear his vision in mind as well but focuses on the moment at hand.
"As I stated, we are on a search for new markets, so we have no particular buyer in mind," Rand says. "Just humble merchants looking to make new business acquaintances. Of course, there's a chance of encountering danger, so we've crewed accordingly. One can never be too careful."
Rand gestures at the welcoming committee, bristling with weapons.
"I'm sure you agree."
"Indeed, we were looking for opportunities in outer rim, the Republic proper is too crowded by these damm corporations, no free spirit of entreneurship there..." Sighs Gallador. He scans the leading pair.
"You seem to have made quite a nice base here, in short amount of time, if you show us around we can see what you need and procure the relevant equipment."
Btw, this place has the feel of some sort of giant camp- whether that's a summer camp (or holiday camp in the UK) or a prison camp is hard to tell. It's not just the temporary accommodation all round and the haphazard feel- it's the speakers. They keep throwing out messages all over, like this was a military exercise.
"Maintenance team required at Level 2C.
"Personal jet propulsion within the fortress is forbidden. The penalty is death."
"Command message is imminent. Be prepared."

They seem pretty calm, Gallador.
"Well your ship certainly says humble," says the leader. "It doesn't match the rest of you. We were really hoping for better, there. Still, we'll take the ship and anything within it. We can probably strip it down for parts; those are always useful."
Well, I'll make that simpler.
"Kill them once they are out the way, would you?" he says to the man with the concussion rifle. "Try not to damage the ship."
"What if they don't get out of the way?"
"Then I'll forgive you for damaging the ship. But get on with it."
"Right!" says the man, the rifle raised to firing position in an instant, his finger about to fire. They're not listening to you any more.
So it's a fight huh is it... we should have also told them we rigged the ship to explode if anything happens to us and would have taken them with us but hindsight right.
With this much firepower pointed at us do you think we can do this with simple blaster fire or h2h combat shticks. Should we go lightsabers instead? I guess only Galder and Xavier can go forcey on them and you can pretend the rest of you didn't know afterwards.
I will wait for some feedback form everyone else right now because my instinct is to go lightsabers and cut down mr concussion fire.
Well that answers that question. Xavier doesn't make any boisterous claims like Melkor. Instead he ignites his lightsaber and attempts to cut down the biggest known threat, the man with the concussion rifle. His twin lights streak in red and green streaks as he attempts to behead the man.
Bring in PS, BGu, Riposte. Xavier will tap BGu this turn.

Then they stand back and blow up the ship with the big guns. No big deal to them.
No point giving me any lines- as I said, no-one's listening. I need actions.
