USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE VI (DARK SIDE)- Enemy

Or Galaldor makes sure Orogos comes out in hiding and then we kill him anyways. The guy has already proven bothersome and hit us. An example needs to be made of him 😛

Ogros will not come out until he is certain you have been made harmless. Once more - not an idiot.

He's also not going to threaten first; he;ll just start killing you so you;d take causalties before you surrendered.

Galder will inform Rand of the situation.

"Gallador is baiting Ogros into attacking so that we can pinpoint his main force," Galder states in his message to Rand. "I'm going to hang back with Firak's warriors and wait for Gallador's signal. Vic's with me. Shouldn't be too much trouble."

What are you saying to Gallador, Galder?

Do I have a comlink on me? Can I talk directly to Galder and co or do I need to relay a message through Rand?

Lifes of non-named Epireans are meaningless.

Yes you have a comlink, but Galder's out the base and long range comms work better through the control room.

-

And if he doesn't accept the surrender, Gallador?: Then you may be dead before anyone else gets there.

Btw, Galder, you hate Gallador's plan; your entire purpose was for Ogros' people to be distracted fighting when you got there.

Hmm, I think he would be too curious not to accept it. It is an opportunity to take a powerful and alien enemy alive.

Alternative would be to try to reason with him during the battle, or take him alive.

By the way, do we declare usage of predictive force powers now?

Ok then I am going to com Rand to contact the other.

"Rand you need to warn the others. I think they are facing more out there than Ogros and his tribes. Eller has seen something in her stones. As ever it is cryptic but in essence some warriors have been sent here with the sole purpose of killing us. I think may will find Ogros is being guided or controlled by someone else. Any attempts at negotiation would clearly be futile in that case. You need to warn them about what they might be facing."

Edana thinks on that a little more "Of course the threat that Eller has seen might instead be completely unrelated and we could come under attack at the base instead."

Edana walks back over to Eller "If you know they are already here what else are you looking for?"

Rand is unfortunately already in a comms convo and you are getting the equivalent of an engaged tone; you'll have to go see him.

Eller only just found all that out.

oh fine then i'll run off and find Rand. What's the point of having a comm system if you can't use it in emergencies - grrrrrr!

Ok, Edna runs into the comms room just as Rand is getting the report from Galder, who presumably then in tun reports what Galldor has suggested.

Oh, if there is some new dangerous enemy working with Ogros it changes things, are we sure it is connected?

Edana tells everything Eller told her to Rand, loud enough for Galder to hear also. "There's clearly more going on here than we first thought. Ogros isn't working alone so you can't possibly predict what he is capable of if he is being helped, guided or controlled by these warriors. I have no idea who this General is that she spoke of either. Do you have any ideas?"

Whoa whoa whoa, Rand. You have all the sensors and security stuff accessible to you here. It's all clear.

Ok which are we more inclined to believe - the seer who is never wrong or Rand's malfunctioning sensors? If they are already on planet, they could have been on planet for a long time just waiting and it wasn't until they decided to act through Ogros (maybe) that they had an impact on what the seer could predict. That's my theory anyway. Of course option 2 is that they could infact be about to attack this comparatively undefended base now Ogros has drawn our forces down into the Jungle. Option 3 is that the seer is wrong - unlikely! Option 4 - she is lying - but I don't think she is.

Well you doubt anyone could threaten you that much without you sensing something amiss Rand.

Except maybe Adelmo; the Dark Side is hard to sense.

Adelmo doesn't want us dead. She needs to use us still. This is something else. And I don't know how they aren't on sensors but I believe Eller.

It could be that someone from the darkiside is clouding them?

Has Xavier made it to the room Dak is at to see the damage?

Well, you would except all the door sin this corridor have locked up as well.
