Kratos can move his arms to block mach 4,000 bolts from short ranges.

Can he not move his arms at similar speeds as what it takes to block those to kill his enemies?

A punch is nothing but an arm movement.

You're assuming that Zeus's lightning bolts travel as fast as RL science's understanding of them. I somehow highly doubt this.

Sora has jumped even higher during his battle against Xemnas. He can also fly. He has one-shotted massive buildings being flung as telekinetic weapons, and deflected a massive volley of "lasers" (although it should be noted that they were not actually moving anywhere near C, and so appeared to be more like particle weapons).
