WTF? Are you really asking me for proof? I have no reason to lie about what happened in a comic involving Hulk. I was trying to help you but I will leave this squad with you and let you find the scans yourself.

Again, my point wasn't that he could or would overpower the Hulk. My point was that MM is no slouch physically and I don't think if Hulk got in a lucky hit that it would be over just like that. MM won't beat Hulk physically, but Hulk isn't going to just snap MM like a twig either.

I agree that MM should go intangible and use telepathy.

I don't know about you but I have several best friends. This isn't a hierarchy. Hulk/Banner felt very close to Cap and it affected him. You're splitting hairs and dancing around the main point.
