So, if that is true then all solders should be tried for murder, right?
you told a joke about zimmerman that made little sense in the reality of the situation...
this is irrelevant anyways. Soldiers in most cases would meet the standard needed to be charged with murder, it is that the act is legally excused, not that they have a valid legal defense.

yes, but acting in a reckless manner is generally seen as increasing one's own criminal liabilitycreating a situation in which you become threatened really isnt a good enough excuse to kill someone
You don't know that. Stop making assertions you can't proven in a court of law.
Killing humans are allowed in our society under conditions. Solders kill the enemy; the states kill prisoners; mother kill their unborn children, and if someone threatens your life or other people's life you can kill them, regardless of who started it.

I don't make a joke. I was absolutely serious.

going by zimmerman's own account he acted recklessly
i love how not only do you insist we can't put 2 and 2 together ourselves, because we aren't judges [oh noes!], but in fact, we have to ignore everything we already do know about the case. you know, because treyvon could have done something that makes zimmerman chasing him down, while armed, though he had committed no crime, against the orders of 9-11 dispatch, not reckless behaviour
against the orders of 9-11 dispatch
no such orders were ever given. it seems to me as tho people against Zim here have a way of saying things in a way that make thing look much worse. it already looks bad enough for him why does any fuel need to be added
case and point "dispatcher ordered Zimmerman not to follow teen"
dispatcher actually said "we dont need you to do that"
where was this so called "order" everyone keeps talking about? twas a suggestion at best

I just don't want more people to die.
I hope you realize that if Zimmerman is found not guilty, then riots could brake out and innocent people will die. Everyone should just shut up and let the court do its job, and except the verdict, whatever it is.
