Thanos doesn't do that many monologues but when he does they are they best as he can back then up.

Animated Apoc had some good ones, as did DS.

Doom just sounds like a hammy cartoon villain all the time

These two are pretty good, but the rest of Thanos's speeches are pretty subpar IMO.
