The only one that seemed to me to have that was Insane. At least, had it and knew how to use it.

Cosmic awareness is what made Genis insane in the first place--he couldn't handle it.

Yeah, he used it quite a few times during Thunderbolts... To pretty extreme degrees, in fact. Owning Purple Man (amped by Overmind) comes to mind.

He can see things happen before they happen, so he's pretty 'fast' in that sense.

But if you're trying to say that Superman would just "wtfspeedblitz1111!!!1" Genis in the first picosecond of the battle as though it were an 'in character' tactic for Supes, you'd be hard-pressed to prove he could incapacitate Genis before Genis mindraped him, BFR'd him, or exploited one of his weaknesses.

I'm not opposed to the idea of Supes beating him, but Genis is just one of those hax characters that're hard to make a case against--especially with less-versatile characters.
