That's very arguably (and most likely) a stone base and not part of the adamantium sculpture at all.

^ Isn't that the same statue that was carved by an average human woman with a vibranium chisel?

...How times have changed.

Anyway, the squared off base that Hulk fractured in the scan carver posted was not part of the original statue-- it [the statue] must have been placed on that platform later on. Here's the original adamantium statue in its entirety:

As you can see, there's no square base to be found. Like ODG mentioned, the add-on base Hulk cracked was likely made of stone.

Also regular vibranium>adamantium. 🙂

Yup.

It says that Alicia Masters was able to carve Hulk's image into that "adamantium".

Even with the vibranium chisel, that's one tough blind chick. 🙄

^ It was likely the Antarctic variety that breaks down any metal rather than the Wakandan variety that absorbs vibrations.

@Galan...

Hulk figure was molded to the statue and during the scene where they referenced the adamantium, it was focused on the base part of the statue which is a good indication that the entirety of it was pure adamantium. This doesn't include the fact that it was silver just like the Hulk statue figure.

I personally can't see Sentry doing anything to adamantium.

He broke Terrax's axe like it was a toothpick. Terrax axe supported forces of slicing planet in two easily.

That's not enough to support him damaging adamantium.

Why not?

If hulk was given a gigantic axe, do you think he could split the world in 2?

Hulk doesn't need a axe to split the world. This isn't a damage question, Terrax axe isn't as durable as adamantium.

I'm saying withstanding the force necessary to cleave a planet in two is above a classic hulk punch...so Terrax's axe would have to be above adamantium for both feats to count

I disagree with Terrax hammer hit being above Classic Hulk punch. Terrax axe doesn't have the fts to support it being more durable than adamantium.

The hulk that broke adamantium never cracked a planet...

He never tried to.

But he could. Anytime he fails, its because he held back.

Savage Hulk doesn't equal WWH. Savage Hulk does have planetary fts though. Hell, the guy cracked through shields that was meant to hold Celestials at bay.

Adamantium is not even that tough. Certainly not more than 100x tougher than Terrax's axe.

no argument, that's the truth

I'll remember you said that.

IMO, characters fluctuate in strength and other abilities throughout their career.
So it faulty to take Savage Hulk's best feats and apply them to WWH. For certain we can say that WWH>>>>>>>Average Savage Hulk. But certainly NOT WWH>>>>>Savage Hulk at his best. Why? Because Savage Hulk's feats at his best >>>>>>>WWH feat's at his best (excluding WBH).

Taking averages, WWH is stronger than Savage Hulk; but if taking highest feats only then Savage Hulk wins.
