In equal bodies, Cap would destroy Superman.

I'll say split for now.

Superman is pretty underrated as a fighter, considering his history, plus the fact Batman's big on training league members in case they lose their power sets.

He even directly referenced this in New Krypton (As did Kyle in Brightest Day, although it didn't stop Sinestro from beating him down.. But Kyle does a lot less h2h than Supes does too.)
