And in DOV he did has cosmic awareness because the Phantom Stranger told him " Spectre even you with all your powers can't kill me" Spectre responded True not with the universe flowing with magic but let see what happen if I destroy all magic" So you are wrong again the Spectre did know he was destorying Magic
