Nope. That's not true.
But, several panels do guy by where Odin is duking it out with the Silver Surfer, while Thanos stands and watches from where Thor is being held in stasis.Then, Thanos goes in FRESH. And, I think it would take more out of you if you went against SS, than if you went through some low-level Asgardian fodder.

But, you are probably right. It was obvious that Thanos power supply is much more limited than Odin's.
It did seem that, even though Odin just got done throwing down with the Silver Surfer, he was fresh as a daisy while delivering Thanos his "comeuppance".
And, even though Thanos had been resting up, watching the fight, until throwing some "no-names" around, he seemed VERY weak.
Or, maybe that was just in comparison to Odin's display.

The double standard in this thread cracks me up... In other threads in volving Asgard... you have some of these SAME people arguing that the other asgardians are pretty powerful, close to power in Thor even, with Thor obviously being a little more powerful and having Mjolnir... NOW, they are a bunch of no name asgardians who shouldn't even have bothered Thanos in the least. So which is it... is it a little impressive Thanos fought PG Thor, won, and then had to wade through a bunch of Asgardians WARRIORS... or is it... Thanos going through PG and a bunch of Asgardians didn't make a bit of difference cause Thanos is that powerful?
