Earth Prime "Superman" is Pre-Crisis SBP (survived the crisis). Earth Prime is the "real world", as far as that makes sense.
New Earth Superman is Post-Crisis/Pre-Flashpoint Kal-El
OP might have meant Post-Crisis Superman, but he did indeed state Pre-Crisis.
