Colossus getting an amp by becoming a willing servant to Cytorrak is COMPLETELY different from Thor gaining powers from a source of energy which was always intended to be passed down to him by his father.

I shouldn't have to explain the mass difference in strength between the two.

I don't know about the Juggernaut amp (even though I like the idea) but Colossus needed an upgrade. He is the powerhouse of the team, why not increase his strength?
