Nah, it's all about how the foundation has been laid and now in the next four years everything Obama that is good and just can/will come to fruition. IE, a typical second-term presidential campaign platform.

I agree. That's what this election comes down to: are Obama's failures enough to oust him or were his successes enough to warrant another term?
