Young Justice

And to think this is getting cancelled for CGI Batman? Well kind of figured GB was going to be a traitor of sorts but I do wonder how Red Volcano was repaired...kind of.

Tye's projection form is 10x better than simple growing bigger.

There's a couple of petitions people are signing to try and save the show:

Base on the latest episode, I can recall Static Shock from the group, but I have no idea about the other 3. The Japanese girl needed more Japanese dialogue and subtitles and anyone tell me why they change Static Shock origin that was different than his TV show?

The Native American kid, Tai resembles the Indian guy in the old Super Friends where he can grow in size. If I'm right, the reasoning why his power set is change is due to how vulnerable he is, if he gets blasted or pierces, compared to his energy giant form, which was kind of lame.

yup, they're homages to the Super friends.

Static = Black Vulcan
Tye = Apache Chief
Asami = Samurai
Eduardo = El Dorado

At this point Static is enough of his own character that he's just Static.

The others are still homages though, and Apache Chief is awesome.

Yeah... And I hated the super friends, but this wasn't bad.

true enough, but it's clear that their intentions were to have Virgil represent Vulcan in that group of four.

Also true. The ethnic heroes, lol.

Um....Mongul?

At least there will be a video game written by the head creators and voiced by the cast:

Blue Beetle exposed himself sooner than i expected, I'm kinda happy about that 'cause it looks like this particular plot will be resolved this season... it would have sucked if there was carryover considering there wont be another season.

good to see Mal finally called Karen out, even though he came off as a b!atch while doing so.

The highlight of this episode was still Mongul kicking the shit out the team. Though I guess Blue Beetle had to be reveal right now considering the show's getting axed...for CGI Batman 😐

I think all the episodes were finished before they even knew the show was getting cancelled, so the timing of his reveal was planned this way... regardless of the cancellation. Though, maybe they had a suspicion that cancellation was an option and decided to end this season in a way that would wrap things up as if it were a series finale.

Just another reminder of how CN treated YJ along with GL.

Is it too much to ask to have four DC Nation shows? Unless Star Wars isn't going to Disney for some reason I don't see why that open time-slot couldn't be used: and I don't know of anyone who watches the Dragons show.

Was the rating for Young Justice bad or something? Why the cancellation?

I felt the show is superior to "Ultimate Spider-man", which is surprisingly still on...

Regarding the episode, Mongul gets taken down by plot device just like Despero...

It's some of the best ratings they've ever had. Someone put a possible explanation up a page or so back.

But we won't know for sure until CN stops being punks and tells us why.

Really good episode imo. Hopefully future ones have as big a cast. Guardian had the best lines by far. Loved the Mongul fight.

Aquaman standing around doing nothing sucked though.
