I don't know Quan, it seems he does have limitations for what I have seen in my comics.For example he uses a Thanos copter to fly, meaning He can't fly, that is a limitation.
He could fly with help though

Marvel decides what's canon for Thanos not Starlin. Starlin can't just do whatever he wants. There's a process.
He retconed a lot of events for Thanos, so a lot of his losses don't count because it was a "clone"
