Finally got around to preordering it today. Unfortunately, I cant pick it up till Wednesday since I have school from 7:30am-8pm. Lol all the fiends will be max level by then

I prefer a physical copy. I can let friends borrow my games, and I just have trouble leaving my old ways

Gotcha. All right. I'm 50/50 right now. You can still lend the digital copy to your friend, but its harder lol. None the less you could've pre downloaded the digital copy before release and then play it a second after the midnight release. Aye. That used to be the case with my 360, but new gen uses blu-ray disks. Those things take a pretty good amount of effort to damage

So I finished pre downloading the game. And now we play the waiting game

I've heard so many descriptions about this game:

-First person shooter RPG, like Borderlands, except online only.

-Halo meets RPG with open worlds, as in multiple planets.

-Classes are inspired by certain characters from films.

-etc.

I just hope that this won't be one of those massive RPGs like World of Warcraft or the like. I'm down for a nice, long video game but I don't have the patience or resolve to log in more than 100 or so hours for a single video game.

Destiny does look pretty damn awesome, though.
