Also, I would love to see the introduction of Ultron. It could start out as a simple AI presence, like the comedy relief robotic arm that Tony has in his lab, and then progress into a bad ass robot that the Avengers have to deal with.

It's too early for Extremis, Tony hasn't discovered fieldtech or Inertial Dampeners yet so the tech won't work. Well no where near as impressively as the comic version did.

Yes, and no. I know that Pym was the inventor of the Ultron AI, and Ultron eventually kept making new versions of itself until it became a villain.

Still, I think that it wouldn't be the end of the world to kinda tweak Ultron's introduction.
