Makes sense that the American Military would put a flag on War Machine's armor and call him Patriot.

quite easy.. since cheadle is also rhodey/war machine, it makes no sense that these pics depicting the iron patriot are actually war machine.. i think most likely these pics of iron patriot could be detroit steel

I can see them changing up Rhodes/War Machine to be 'ALL AMERICAN, **** YEAH!' for the film, since he was still part of the US military in the second film.

I can't see them using Hammer Industries again as a villain though and going with Detroit Steel/Steel Corps.
