I wasn't contradicting what you said. You're exactly right. Hearing about Robbie being alive, he went back to the even tempered, path of least resistance efficient Nova that we came to know in that last series, in contrast to him reverting for a few moments to the old quick tempered Nova from the New Warriors days. DnA letting us all know that the guy has matured or what not 🙂

Just want to advise that the fight Nova had with Glads cousin didn't go the way you all are describing it. First he snuck attacked her, then she allowed him to do what he did by the looks of it. Nova really didn't stand a chance.

Judging by her fight with Kallark, she's not "that" far beneath him in raw power, consider he was trying to kill her and she not only survived it, but fought back. It was a short fight though.

And we know Gladiator walked all over the acting Nova Prime of the time, who lacked in experience but probably had similar power levels...

Still, Richard Rider was drawing blood with his punches. He was able to at least stagger her.

I agree, though, that he probably would have come up short in a slugfest, based on what his fellow Nova corpsman had to say, and on the Stronthians reaction to his assault, and even on Richards reaction of how tough his Nova-pedia claims her race is.

Nova's still standing after those attacks and then beat her.

Vulcan got his faced wrecked and was on his knees against Gladiator.

This is a no brainer. Vulcan doesn't have the durability to take on Nova.

She didn't do anything to Gladiator during that fight except scratch him with her heat vision...after that, Gladiator had her in the choke hold and was about to finish it. She isn't comparable to Glads at all..he is above her.

@CDTM...that didn't look like blood to me, more like spit. Even Nova said she was invulnerable. He wouldn't have beaten her if it wasn't for the dampner.

Kind of...the only time he really did anything against Gladiator is when he absorbed Gladiator power and sent it back at him a 100 fold. Plus Nova Prime is far more powerful than the Nova that fought Glads. Current Nova should give any high Herald fits but if Nova was to fight in the fashion his takeover fought at, he is getting killed.

A few things.

Tarcel could never be nowhere near Rich in terms of power. He was a centurian granted the rank of Nova Prime and thus had an increase in portion of nova force that came with it. Rider had his body physically altered at the molecular level to actually house the entire Nova Force matrix and in fact houses it in his body thus making him a living conduit of sorts for its energy. No other primes save Super Nova share that distinction.

As for Xenith. She's tough no doubt, but going by her past appearances while she's very formidable (gave some trouble to brb et al in the past), she's in the same league strength wise as other marvel strong women like Namora/Namorita, Ms Marvel, Titania etc. Erroneously listed as class 75 but functionally high class 90ish if being generous. Those chicks are formidable when bloodlusted like strontian was, but will still be beaten eventually by the higher tiered strongmen when not phucking around. As a matter of fact, I did some digging around because this fight kept bugging me because it was remarkably similar to a fight he had years ago with another chick in Xenith's strength class...

Namorita is the exact physical clone of Namora with the same physical stats, the only difference being that her strength wanes much faster when not hydrated. In that fight she was bloodlusted from dark force.

Xenith is above class 70...she is a in the upper tier of strength, especially going by her showings against high tier beings.
