This has been circling the net as the possible uncanny avengers roster.

Uncanny Avengers: (Oct 2012) written by Remender. It is going to be the new flagship marvel title and will have among others Cap, Thor, Wolverine, Rogue and Havok in it and both sides will still have some AVX tension.

Avengers: (Dec 2012) Bi weekly with more then 18 avengers on the team. Written by Hickman with one shot stories and longer galaxy spanning multi-issue arcs

X-men: (Nov 2012) hold on to your hats...... Bendis!!! about the original five x-men time-travel two the present in a pleasantville style story and who are not going to like what they see once they are in the present and will find it unacceptable. Bendis says the time travel aspect of the story is not as important as the character based drama.

The phuck are these new costumes all about? Lol at Jean Grey being alive, though. And "Nick Fury" is actually Nick Fury, Jr. aka Marcus Johnson in case people are wondering (yes, it's a blatant nod to the Ultimate/cinematic universe).

Also resounding "no" on Wolverine and Cap joint leading a team.

I will say that the roster for the Uncanny Avengers, power-wise, is pretty intense if it's going to be what's displayed in that picture. Probably one of the most powerful and well rounded teams in Marvel history. At least on paper.

That picture belongs more to the cover of a Marvel Encyclopedia that an actual team. I mean, Rocket Raccoon? I love Rocky, but I just can't see him in that team unless its a Marvel Team Up style book.

I'm all in with the exception of rocket raccoon and nova

Bendis on GOTG? I'll probably still read it even though it might suck. Hickman on Avengers should be fun.

If that's the case at least I can see what they are doing, a "Marvel All-Stars" of sorts. Ambitious and obvious but mostly random, I guess it was the next step after making the New Avengers with Wolverine and Spider-Man.

Not sure why he needs swords, but I think the Thor design is pretty badass in that promo.
