Hate the Thor design. He looks like Conan became worthy.

Can't believe they got rid of the cape for what are probably two generic swords that he'll almost never use. Whatever, it's symbolic of his devolution as a character from a noble royal to a barbarian. Want the helmet back as well.

Less excited for Uncanny Avengers now that Cassaday is confirmed as pulling art duties. 🙁

Why is John Cassasdy bad for you?

Because he has pretty much done ugly covers the last couple of years?

If can recapture his Astonishing magic and keep a schedule that would be great, but I would vastly prefer Opena... preferably with Dean White on colors.

Anyway, I'm excited to see what Hickman will do with the Avengers. But having Fraction on the FF is terrible. Especially with the awesome setup with Doom.

The design for Thor looks cool I guess... Like Rage said though it fits more to what he's been turned into. From a wise, noble and powerful king to a brutish, barbarian jobber. Yipee.

So the concept behind Uncanny Avengers is Cap feeling guilty for not being in the mutant's corner as much as he should have been.

Guess them days of letting former mutant terrorists onto the team and vouching for them isn't good enough. mmm

I don't understand the need to make Cap look more like Ultimate Cap. Other than more movie pandering like Nick Fury's suspiciously Samuel L Jackson looking son with one eye.

I mean, in terms of practicality, the helmet is somewhat useless when the man has been punched in the skull by pretty much everyone and is fine.

And that Cyclops design is just ugly.
