I don't mind having a new Spidey in the form of Kaine (though I thought he was Scarlet Spider?) or someone else....but MJ dating or being romantically involved with a Spider-Man who's not Peter is bullshit, imo, especially if it's a clone of his. MJ can date or be with other guys not named Peter, obviously, but it just strikes me as OOC and downright weird for her to be with non-Peter! Spider-Man.

I like Dan Slott and have enjoyed his Spidey since he took over, but I can definitely see why he thinks the fanbase is going to turn on him with this title.
