Thor swings his hammer, Hulk grabs it, Thor turns around, Hulk tells Thor he is being controlled...Hulk then pummels him. Doesn't sound like a cheap shot to me.
Also, how about you use Thor and Savage Hulk fights. Out of ALL of their fights, even the ones where Thor cheap shotted Hulk, Hulk has never dropped from a single hit.
