Um, no. You brought up Drax killing Thanos without even knowing the context, and I'm calling you out on it.
Why are you flattering yourself instead of following the discussion?

Did you forget that Thanos had his back turned and had 100% of his attention focused on trying to free Galactus and save the universe?[/B]
Keeping in mind that all Thanos has to keep track of is the device tuned to his power signature, and Drax - not put 4 speedsters plus change into force cubes at the sound of the bell, how is what you're saying anything but a terrible excuse for not being quick enough to step out of the way? If saving the universe was predicated on him deactivating the device that was tuned to his power signature, and by proxy, him staying alive, surely he would want to step out of the way if he could, no?

First off I'm not discussing the force block, you can discuss that with Stoic. I'm only addressing your faulty reasoning using the Drax scene.
If you remember, Thanos had his back turned and was actively trying to ignore Drax in order to free Galactus. This was made clear in the book. Trying to use this as proof that Thanos couldn't react to Drax fast enough is very faulty indeed, especially if you take the context into account.
E.g., If I had my back turned focused on something else, and actively ignoring the person behind me, and that person hits me, does that mean I'm not fast enough to react to him? Obviously not.
