For there doesn't seem to be a clear answer either way as to whether Diana can take super-high-level electricity on her own.

That's about the only real possibility I see for Tony if we're going with a recent post-Crisis pre-reboot version of Di.

He is trying to make us ignorant fools realise that Wonder Woman>Superman. He just forgets that it was explicitly stated that the lightning was magical which makes it a high showing for him.

I know one thing, with BWR scans it shows how much her reflexes are above Heralds.

You are clearly blind. Look at the scan. Both are attacked, Diana blocks it with ease whereas he is hit by it and Diana asked him to leave because it was magic and he probably would have been hit by it again looking at the interpretation.

There are advantages to using KMC that outside providers, even Photobucket, cannot match. Did you even notice that the scan you posted via Photobucket was deleted? And that happened VERY shortly after you did so, a matter of a few days or weeks if I remember right.
