Superman was punching just after the said femtosecond ended. That was the punch that showed up when jackie was praying. Brainiac 5's shields are just that durable. In other words that was not the first punch superman threw, just the punch artist showed when jackie was praying.

A Superman cutting loose, while handling other leaguers, said flat out that 'Wally might be fast enough to see it coming, but he's not fast enough to do anything about it'
There's also Superman in the time masters mini getting fed up and casually backhanding Zoom, and Zoom right after said Superman's speed is on par with his own. Considering Zoom's time dilation powers meaning he can be as fast as he wants basically, that's saying something.
