There's also Superman in the time masters mini getting fed up and casually backhanding Zoom, and Zoom right after said Superman's speed is on par with his own. Considering Zoom's time dilation powers meaning he can be as fast as he wants basically, that's saying something.

It's cuz Supes gave him a countdown before the femtosecond began. Off panel he was all.......... ONE!..........TWO!.........I'm REALLY gonna do it!......... Okay.........NOT kidding!..........THREE!......

The next panel came in after "THREE!"

The force-field was up before that. Like I said, that was not the punch superman first threw, that was the punch artist drew as superman was punching the force-field after the femtosecond he gave to jackie as warning.

Plus, she could have spoken AFTER he punched the shield.
