Hulk's Thunder Clap vs. Black Bolt's Scream

I would think him getting an abstract nervous and one shot KO'ing Hulk with a whisper would be sufficiently impressive.

BB knocked out Hulk with a whisper.

When has he done anything with his whisper to destroy a state? Reed put him in that tube to prevent collateral damage. It had nothing to do with aiding his power in achieving that ft.
