What has the WM done on Barry's level of science/tech? BTW, I'm mentioning PC Barry, so I don't know if he still created the Cosmic Treadmill.
Honestly Sersi and Surfer are the biggest threats here and with three days prep could conceivably turn team intangible before match starts. Dunno how well speed steal effects intangibles though it really should unless they go astral.
So with these stips I'd say cosmics because they could astral form and while it will be nigh impossible to land a hit because of the speed they have more options available at that point. Best Flashes could do to counter astral forms would be to jump into speed force but then the match turns to stalemate with Jay getting left behind

Also. Nova uses his speed to punch via flight. The closest example of an imp is when he dive bombed that neutron star and caused it to starquake. Google "starquake" to see the type of force that's required to trigger one. That was him at only 17% of his full power. An IMP from Flash with "white dwarf" force would be quite a bit less then what Rider endured in hitting a neutron star at ftl speeds since a neutron star is orders of magnitude more dense and has far more mass then a white dwarf.
Flashes prolly win though.
