Alright what if somebody from Marvel earth had been given the Silver Surfer's powers and had been using for 40 years like Norrin had. Who would be the best pick out of these guys?

He is the worlds leading geneticist and with surfers powers he would be the most dangerous

Spiderman.

Tony Starks.

Jean Grey. She has a gentle soul like Norrin, and despite her lack of science smarts there really is no reason that she could not learn, after all she would be nearly ageless. She would also have better TP skills than Norrin, so in essence she would be a better Surfer than he ever was.

3.Tony Stark - interesting ... probably a deeply flawed and chaotic herald, might just end up turning the moon into cheese and eating it with a large glass of red wine.

4.Bruce Banner - So long as he didn't become The Hulk, Banner would be awesome. Genius scientist and weapons manufacturer ... with the Power Cosmic. He'd be more of a threat to the universe than Galactus!

Steve Rogers + Power Cosmic = Superman, in the sense of being a high-powered, high-ideal protector.

Surfer, as he already is, protects, but he's really an explorer first, imo. That's really what he craves: the freedom to just go Out There and experience and learn. Superman, on the other hand, is first and foremost a defender, as would be a cosmic Steve Rogers.
