"The stompin' adventures of AJ and Gary"

Would fan that so hard every single sperm will be magically named after them, acknowledging said title at birth.

I'm about to start my playthrough of A Machine for Pigs. My bike ride home from work is partially through a forest where the trees block out all moonlight and it's pitchblack. This is already a little creepy, so this is probably the worst game I could be playing during the work week. haermm

I wouldn't worry riding through a dark forest the same week playing Amnesia. Now if it were Slender: The Arrival....

Amnesia > Slender.

I heard that A Machine for Pigs is quite disappointing compared to the Dark Descent. Anyway, Amnesia certainly does beat the crap out of Slender no contest.

So far it's markedly less tense, infinite lantern time makes exploration sting less, by a lot, but it IS interesting, which is good. It makes me want to learn more about what's going on.

Waiting for the inevitable "flipped over the handlebars" post in the following few days :T

So where's that 3rd judge for the BZ? Did he/she fall into a coma?

Situation: You're on the Board of World Science, and one day Dr Poke shows his research to you all and it turns out he has without a doubt cured a disease that kills over 10 thousand per year, not on of the major 100 thousand or millions kind, but still very deadly. Trouble is that you find out that his extensive research is full of extremely unethical methods, including deaths and a small handful of unknowing test subjects.

The only two choices are to either take it and announce the complete unabridged findings to both the scientific community and the general public, or turn it down. No other option allowed, so no finding out how it works then scraping his work to redo it yourself. Which would you pick?

If you scrap it, what if it was one of the major diseases instead?

I'd announce it. They won't get less dead by keeping it a secret.

If the deed's already done, use the cure anyway if it's finished. Destroying it would be stupid. Sure it was made from the agony of tortured test subjects but a cure's a cure that will help future generations and breaking phials won't bring them back but it will help lay their spirits to rest if you announce to the public what happened and bring the scientist responsible to justice.

PG probably doesn't feel like he needs to post since Scenario already won.

Of course I'd announce. Hell, I wasn't the one using the unethical methods.
