You've gotta give him credit for replying immediately, yes. If I tried to post that quickly I wouldn't have time to think before posting. It's a mystery.

Hmmm. If y'all come up with anything, perhaps I will join you in your revival crusade. Granted, I'll only participate on occasion, but I'll put toward an effort for you guys.

It's all there in the Role Playing Forums. Just scroll down far enough and you'll find the seedy underbelly of KMC.

Anything specific I should look at?

I could point out what I or Scen are involved in, but really the best way to get things moving is to find what interests you.

If you can't find anything, try coming up with something yourself. All that's needed is a setting in the Unhosted section, even if there has been some effort to put some more order into role playing there.
