I'm torn between teleportation or a healing factor. But I lean more towards teleportation.

But basically the good would be helped and dicks/real monsters would be punished. I'd be quite happy spending my days enforcing good and shooting the right nasty ones into another planet in deep space, to isolate em, not kill or torture them, but basically phantom zone them.
My first acts would be infinite food and resources of all on earth, to bring back the original lineup of Guns N Roses, undo 9/11 from ever having have happened, eliminate cancers from existance and make politicians tell the truth, I would have James Cameron do a decent live action Transformers movie, and Bay's trilogy never would have been made and I'd have everyone has like IQs of 200 and have them be a bit nicer to everyone else in general.
For my own gain/amusement: I'd grant myself the permanent ability to fly and time travel. Maybe get Superman's powers, but without any kryptonite unpleasentness.
I'd create a beautiful woman equal too, to ward of the loneliness that that position of power would surely bring.
And every burger or meal you buy would be as good as it looks like in the picture of it at the counter. There would be no need for money also. Man I'd be busy.
Oh. And it would rain doughnuts, Simpsons style.
