Rainbow never replaced her, she was just caught up in how awesome Weird Al was, when Pinkie proposed an idea that meant one of them would actually not be there, RD was visibly bothered, but stoic enough to let Pinkie do her thing, even if it would put a damper on her own birthday, and when Pinkie forfeited she chased her down to make sure she did not in fact leave.
