There are plenty of telepaths that can do that and don't go insane. As I said though, I'd take the power if I could be a surgical memory adept with the skill. I'd shut down anyone with telekinesis.

Dude. People in real life can go insane by just dealing with their own thoughts. Being able to hear everyone at once would leave you comatose.

He doesn't need to, he could just shut down as many minds as possible and eventually he'd get to you.
Unless the telepathy works via sight too. Then it would be a toss up, but you'd likely kill him first with collateral damage.

So you can easily lift mountains and buildings and islands but I can't focus on the minds of many or just search people for abnormal thought?
