Hmm, well telepathy would make it easy to take over the world, but throwing mountains is pretty cool. Plus I could maybe take over the world with TK anyway, but it would be much harder. I'm going to buck the trend and go with telepathy, theres simply more practical uses for it.

Intangibility beats invisibility though.

You can make everything intangible, or just a part of you. Anything your skin touches can become intangible as well, but there will be a significant strain on your body.
