Well , as far as cancer goes , you have your genes to blame for(presuming you aren't a tobacco-smoker or some other sh1t like that) .
If your body needs energy , then you probably need some form of nutrition .
As far as exercise goes , some animals like bulldogs don't need a whole lot of exercise . Prior to getting your superpower , you get a gene therapy from such an animal or you could also have the proportion of fast twitch muscle fibers in your body increased . Also , if your body is genetically disinclined towards accumulating adipose tissue , you'll probably not get fat .
